This also has a great community behind it and I feel will explode in the next year.
Its based around swats, dead lifts, and bench presses with the goal of hitting the ultimate lift. As a beginner you cannot expect to start at the top. Your body is not ready for that, and you will seriously injure yourself. If you want to do this, you shouldn’t start this until a year into your weight training and also find yourself an expert coach.
