What is Your Return Policy?

If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30days of your purchase for a return and full refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return request falls outside the 30 days of receipt, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. This policy applies to the first bottle by product, by customer or credit card holder.

How Do I Request a Refund?

Contact our customer service team at Once your case is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you an email to notify you how and when we will proceed with your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

I Still Haven’t Received My Refund. What Do I Do?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Next, contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Can I Exchange a Product?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and our team will be happy to further assist you.
